    How long have you been in business? I have been in lending business 27 years.     Graduate of Bryant College, hired right out of college with Wells Fargo Financial.     Started as a credit manager for small loan lending first and gradually worked my way     into Mortgages shortly after that. Been doing Mortgages lending ever since. I have      been a credit manager, branch manager, & sales manager.
    What services do you offer? Residential mortgage lending on 1 to 4 family     properties. Lending on Primary, 2nd homes, and investments. Purchase & refinance      business, with ability to do Renovation loans, all government loans (FHA, VA, USDA,      & 203K) Conventional, and Jumbo. Beginning soon, we will offer Construction to      perm loans.
    Tell us something we might not know about your business? I have the ability to close a purchase deal in 3 weeks (very fast if the need arises). We will also pre underwrite a buyer's application without a property if we feel the situation is unique or difficult. This way there is no second-guessing or have doubt if someone can be approved or not.
    What do you specialize in? Residential lending of all kinds. Finding the right loan for the buyer/homeowner. Knowledgeable in all loan products, but especially skilled with first time buyer programs. Best known my ability to assist first time buyers. I will work with a buyer who may not be eligible in the here & now and advise them on what steps to take to make them eligible homebuyers. "Thinking outside the box"
    What do you want people to know about your business? I am a 1-stop shop in house mortgage lending, servicing the community with top service and dedication to the need of building homeownership. We handle the loan from start to finish. When banks are closed, we are open - a 24/7 operation. Banks are not available on weekends- we are!
    What is your favorite thing about your business? All the people and families I get to meet, especially the ones in the community I reside in. The rewarding feeling of knowing that I have helped them get into a home. The trust they have put in me to lead them to that point. Many of my clients have been loyal & with me a long time and have continued to use my services for years. I have even forged friendships with many of them.
     makes your business unique/Stand out? My dedication to the clients I serve. I am available to them & always get back to them in a timely fashion. I spend quality time to go over the options they have, and provide it in a format they can understand.

    What do you like to do outside of work? Sing. Yes- I am a professional singer/impersonator. It is my world outside mortgages. You will find me performing at many local venues such as Plainridge Park Casino or Bella Sarno Restaurant to name locally. I also like to spend time with my family.
